Hi guys,
Just wondering how many people on here have actually used town and country acceptance for their consolidation company. Can you tell me about your experience? I contacted them yesterday- and while they do charge a $195 retainer fee- the monthly payment they worked out for me is still a LOT better then what I am paying now.
Let me know about your experience: do they pay ontime? Easy to contact? Do you get a monthly statement? What lenders did you use with them?

I hear they are reputed. There were some problems with their customer care dept, but that was long time back. I hope they have taken care of it now.

I haven't started with T & C yet, but I am sending their retainer tomorrow. They have been wonderful about answering all my questions even before I had actually "hired" them. Sometimes it takes a while to actually talk to someone but they've been really good about getting back to me the same day. I feel really confident about using them. They have been great so far and they haven't even done anything yet but talk to me!
