I have a phone number of a suppose to be law firm that is suppose to be representing Crown Lending. It is 646-918-5119. Be advised that the people at this number are from India and they do not speak very good English.

i have received several phone calls from a andy that says he is from legal dept from crown lending. i have loans out but not from this company. says he is sending paper work to the county court to have me arrested states that i try to run. but i have lived here for 9 yrs. but is it legal real

I am very concerned I had a phone call today saying they are not calling to collect the money they just want me to know they are contacting the authorities what shall I do.

Please do not worry a debt is a civil matter not a criminal offense. You cannot go to jail over a this debt.

People please be careful if you are getting a call from phone numbers 646-918-5212,360-350-1994,347-602-4558,646-810-1115,347-404-5046,851322-8600... They are NOT Crown Lending or PAYDAY ONE or CASCHCO... They are scam artist that are out to get your money... They called me saying I owned on a payday loan for one company and when I proved that I didnt owe any money they changed the company.. THe companies are aware of this and are trying to take care of it but the are SCAM ARTIST.. they call from different numbers or unavaliable and speak with a thick Indian accent.. They use names like Sam Carter, John Anderson, Amy Walker.. THey will say they are from the National Affidavit Processing Services (NAPS) or the US Bureau of Investigation.. THEY ARE NOT!!!.. DO NOT DO NOT give out any information to them at all.. Call the company directly.. Look up the 800 number yourself do not call the number they give you.. its just another number to someone in their scam.. The phone company they are using is even aware of this and they are working to close them down.. BE CAREFUl.. CALL the FTC and your Attorney General's office... PLEASE CAREFUL!!!

I received a call from a guy claiming to be an attorney with National Affidavit Processing Services (NAPS). He says am going to have legal action against me for a supposedly cash advance loan. The numbers I received a call from were 772-228-4008 and 496-656-7520. This phone scam seems to be happening in various states not just one. These people knew my social security number, my address, checking account number, my bank routing number, my employer, and some of my personal references. It seems my information was gotten from the internet because I responded to a cash advance email. The guy offered to allow me to settle my supposed cash advance for $300 with a $527 payment so I asked him to fax me the paperwork because I refuse to given him my credit card information over the phone and he did. I entered the company name in Yahoo's search and found out there was a couple in Ohio that fight against this type phone scam. This type of information needs to get out to the public to prevent someone from making a bad mistake and paying them what they ask for. I knew I didn't receive any type of cash advance and to try and throw me off he made it seem like it was last year but I knew it was a lie. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the local police department. I was told to go to IC3.gov and file a complaint and I did.
