A law practice that size I think its safe to say they must enroll 300 clients per month ....lets see thats 4800 clients signing with them over a years time ..... then there are you few.
As with any business there will always be some unfortunate soul who is dissatisfied. You know what I am talking about....customer complaints are found in any type of business, examples are furniture Stores, Auto Dealerships. Thats why there are so many employed as customer service representatives. My advice to any one looking for help is to seek it. Your best defense is knowledge. Take the time to read contracts and understand fully what services are being offered to you. Ask question.
