payday loan hell

I have PDL that have made my life hell. I cannot contact them to get a payoff. Has anyone heard of B&L marketing? I also have other PDL's that I am in the process of paying off ASAP!!!!! WHat a rip off. Some have agreed to settle on the initial loan amount.
THey threatened to charge me with check fraud!! I asked how, he said I should read the contract. I had to close my old bank account and open a new one so I could regain some money in order to pay them off. THank you for all the great messages on this board. I only have 4 more to payoff. NEVER AGAIN. THis should be on a show like DATELINE to expose this horrible practice.


I have this number for B&L Marketing. Try 1-866-656-1136. Get the status of your account and pay it according to your state laws. What state are you in?

Do not let any of the company intimidate you. They will try to make you pay more and pass all kinds of scary threats. As long as you are aware of the laws in your state, there's nothing to be worried. Do you have the contract copies from all the companies?

can someone tell me what they are i dont really understand the law site. So if i have payday loans they cant charge a high fee. for example i have one now that i paid to tendollarpayday.com

you have overpaid them by 220.00. The most they can charge under Florida laws is 335.00 I would send them a certified letter demnding a refund. Send a copy of the law with it. Tell them you are filing complaints with the Attorney General in their state and yours and also the FTC. Tendollarpayday is MTE Financial. They will probably turn you over to a third party collector rather than deal with you. Thats what they did to me. Then I requested validation fron the CA. Never got it. Of Course. Good Luck. Maybe you will get a refund.
