Need info on pdl companies please

I'm starting to write my letters to my pdl's and really only have email addresses or telephone numbers for them. Does anyone know where I can find their actual address to mail a letter to them? Is there somewhere on the internet I can look? Or does someone by chance have the info? Here's the ones I need (yes, there are a lot). I'd even be happy with a fax #.
