I sent a debt validation letter to midland credit management (Certified) etc. I just checked the USPS website and it says "item was returned to the sender on June 9, 2007 because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid. " The address was
5775 Roscoe Ct.
San Diego, CA 92123-1356
The only other address given on the settlement letter they sent was a P. O. Box
Can anyone give a better address to send a certified letter?
Thank You
Tony C

You just sued them texas? I got a call friday afternoon from a "mike jones" from there....I told him what I could send and he's like "that wont work you need to work on MY terms.....I hung up on him after he was yelling at me- he called back and started to harass the receptionist. She told him I wasnt available and he said "why are you lying I just spoke to her". He asked for her name and she gave it to him and then he asked for her last name - she's like I'm not giving that out- he said "YOU HAVE TO"! What do I do?

They just broke into my bank account & took out 1,611$ I despise them. This is all after i sent them a certified letter of Validation & never received any response. I guess they filed a judgement against me & the Judge granted them permission to TAKE MY MONEY :( Please help!!!

Can we all get together & do something about them. I have another account that I do not recall on my Credit report with their name & I am scared they will do this again to me.

I know this is old posting. Hopefully you still check it. So, what ended up happening? Did they serve you a summons to appear in court?

If they never served you and filed an affidavit of service with the court, then there's no suit and they're committing perjury (which happens to be a felony). I would google the state court system to see if they post records online and see if there's an action against you and judgment entered, if your state posts that info.

Then contact an attorney to see what his fee will be to represent you, as getting a judgement vacated can be a difficult thing if execution has already been granted.
