ok so i am working out a payment arrangemt to get everything paid off but before i send out my letter stating my payment plan and the amount i legally owe i wanted to advice or someone to help me verify this is what i legally owe.. so based on the laws in AZ this is what i have concluded i ower for the loan amount plus finance fee and the nsf fee

loan amount what i legally owe
200 260.30
350 436.77
250 319.12
300 377.95
150 201.47

i know in az i have to pay a 25.00 nsf fee but does that only apply one tim or do i have to pay 25.00 each time they roll it over?

Have someone post on here what the pdl laws are for AZ. In my state, they can charge a NSF fee only ONCE. I don't know what it would be for your state. If someone could, they'll put your state law on here for you to use. They are all wonderful!

Please check your state laws regarding the NSF fee. The way I'm looking at your amounts (I'm in Kentucky) it seems as though your adding your finance charge correctly (maybe - I'm not sure of your state's amounts) but you're also adding a $25.00 NSF fee to each one. Please find out the state laws regarding pdl loans. I didn't calculate any NSF fees into mine and they were not considered an issue at all. I just calculated my principal plus the maximum amount they could charge per $100.00. That is what I owed by KY state law. No NSF fees were added on.
