Ongoing Investigations

An attorney from the FTC asked, during an interview regarding an investigation into a well know PDL, that I refrain from putting anything on the internet that would send a signal to the PDL that they were being investigated. She said that they will close down and move and then resurface with a new name and hidden ownership therfore impeding the investigation as they have done in the past. I notice that there have been a few ongoing cases mentioned on here including my own which I asked one of the moderstors to remove.
The shady PDLs and collection agencies monitor this site on a regular basis along with others for any sign of trouble. Would it not be better to celebrate victory than to have these cases drag on. Using terms like "a certain slimebucket PDL" or "a CA that we all love to hate" should suffice. You can always PM the author if you want to know who is being investigated.
What do you think? I know we all love to know that they are going after one of our enemies but lets help them win a quick fight by being discreet.
