It's really easy. Just type in your text that you want. Then select the text you want in the quote box with your mouse. Then go up to the box right above where you are typing the text, and the last icon on the bottom right hand side is for quotes. Just click on that, and since you have your text selected it will put the proper code before and after so that the text will show in the quote box.
I hope I didn't make it too confusing . . .
