Maybe you live in a state where they cannot garnish your wages . . . . But have you checked into being put in jail for non payment of child support?

It may be a bit more important then just having your wages garnished . . . . .

And what state do you live in? Most states that don't allow creditors to garnish wages still allow it for child support. And there are other ways, besides garnishment, for your wife to collect. Hope you aren't expecting a tax return ever again! And hey, she may be able to just take the money right out of your bank account!

You may want to check all the angles and talk to a knowledgable attorney in your area before you go and throw everything away . . . .

I don't recall seeing child support mentioned?
