Cant seem to save enough to pay

I have about 3000in debt and cant seem to save enough to pay it...Things are constantly coming up like car taxes rent(dont own a home yet) braces for my child etc...I know if I can get a small loan (to consolidate things) I could pay it off slowly please need help!
