And this gives those from OH reason to be proud. Our govenor, who oposes pdls, is putting legislators to the task of enacting laws to place CAPS on pdls which will run them out of business here in the Buckeye State, the cap would be set at 36% driving pdls OUT OF TOWN AND OUT OF THE STATE. So keep your eyes open for this new law to be passed, it will be wonderful news for those who get trapped in the pdl cycle. :D

I have absolutely no sympathy for these folks who operate these businesses, because you know they are praying on those who live in deprived areas and are already struggling, taking advantage of the disadvantaged. :twisted:
