I thought it was great too. I Also heard that United Cash Loans was under the same company umbrella too. I called the Nevada office and was told that was another company that they were going after.

These people are complete lunatics who called me daily until I almost mentally snapped! This is indeed a great day and I hope this is only the first of the offshores to go down. Now my question: they have a maildrop on Terminal Way in Reno. Will they be kicked out of that one too? We can only hope!

I got a call for cash today, today. They left a voice mail and said they wanted to talk to my hubby (it was his loan) about the complaint he filed with the BBB. lmao how funny is that. Because in the complaint form I stated that seeing as they had no license here or there that I expect hubby's account to be considered PIF or I will be filing complaints to the 2 states DFI and sending along the information I found on the BBB's website. Hmmmm.... I got a call from them before I got my e-mail from the BBB. I will be calling them back tomorrow when hubby can tell them to talk to me about his account lol.

Either you get the ones who are playing good cop, or the ones who are playing bad cop--who will tell you you haven't paid anything and you owe $1000 on a $200 loan....

I disagree with you. Filing did me wonders. I haven't heard a peep from them and I don't owe them a penny. They are getting in deep poopie, worked like a charm

They must be having some kind of "sweeps" week. I have seen quite a few posts this week about them and their dba's contacting people to discuss their complaints!!!
