Consolidate a few credit lines along with my vehicle

I need to consolidate a few credit lines along with my vehicle. The vehicle needs to be paid off but I can't find anyone to refi or consolidate for my credit rating is bad. My dad was murdered last year which sent me into a spending frenzy (my retail therapy the only one I used at the time). I have realized how much it has done me wrong and want to turn it around, but have waited too long and now no one will help. The major thing about the $12k I need is the car which is around $9k. PLEASE help me!
