i sent an email back stating i over paid them 600 but even if i dont get it im glad to have this one paid in full

Just make sure you monitor your account for awhile, so they don't try any funny stuff....you never know with these places.

Congratulations. How long did it take for them to respond to you? I think my ipdls are going to make me sweat it out for awhile.

Some you may never hear from, but just watch your account, if it isn't closed already. Some just don't bother to respond. I emailed mine every day, the same email as the day before saying 2nd attempt, 3rd attempt, etc.

Wow! I will get on the ball and start the emails going. I was afraid I sent them to the wrong email site...I am going to their homepage and emailing from there. I'm making sure to reference my loan number, etc. I've done it three times in about 1 1/2 weeks, as well as I have snail mailed them the letter. Should I be emailing from their homepage or do you know of another way to get a better email address for something like their compliance dept? Calling them and asking them is like beating my head up against the wall...I've tried and I can't get anywhere.

Hard to say...some of mine, I already had their emails and I sent them from the email address I gave them or I responded to their email telling me that my payment had been returned. I think UCL's I had to email them from their site, but they never responded to me. Have you looked for these places on the BBB site? that might be a place to start looking also.

I did look on the BBB site to get their mailing addresses. I need to take another look because I don't think I was looking in particular for their email address. Thanks for the idea. :-) Did UCL finally just close your loan without notifying you? I keep looking on the UCL and 500fastcash site but so far it is saying that my next due is on 6/29. I guess they haven't realized that my accts are closed.
