PDL's in Wisconsin adhere to the small loan act, so check there. WI has crappy consumer laws which include no cap on interest rate.

Here in California they just started offering a $1500 loan that you can apply for rather than the standard PDL, scary..reminds me a little of cashcall (one of my favorites) for the $1500 you have to apply online so I have no clue where they are operating online from.

They have storefronts here. But why can I not find the storefronts listed on the wdfi.org page either? I need to know if they go by another name.

Any advice from anyone who defaulted?

WI's laws are so lax I really am not sure if licensing is required for PDL's.

Finance. I stand corrected WI does require and enforce licensing. They just rake you over the coals in interest.

I defaulted wtih Check'n Go online about 10 days ago. It seems odd that they have only sent one e-mail, no phone calls at all. Has anyone dealt with CNG online?

I sent them a certified letter on Friday with a $15 money order. I owe about $400 with the interest.

We also live in WI and have been tring to find out if they are lic or not the store fronts are as Great Lakes Specialty but the online is thru The First Bank of Delaware! So how does this work online lic or not??

I know they are licensed in Ohio, they are a storefront, I know they have online also, did not know it was through The First Bank Of Delaware.
