I have a packet of documents to send to the AG's office regarding my fight with 2 payday loan companies. Should I send it just by regular mail or is certified mail better?

Ok, I will send it via certified then. I am sending the AG's office my bank statements as well to corrobate the payments I have made in my letters. Do you think it is ok if I black out/cross out the other transactions, i.e. other bill payments, work deposits, that don't relate to my pdls payments and deposits?? I want to do this for privacy/security reasons.

Joshua, I dont think you need to send certified to Ag and go to all that expense. If you were sending to a payday company I would say YES but the AG will handle your letters just fine. They told me to just send regular mail. Just my 2 cents. KYSIDE38
