I have a question. If your bank account is closed that the pdl has the information on & you're due a refund, how do they refund you? I've gotten a couple of refunds & they credited my bank account. Well, if the account is now closed & other pdl's agree to refunds, how in the world do you get them? Thanks for any insight!

I'm too paranoid to give out bank information to a pdl again! LOL! So I can tell them to issue a check? The 2 that refunded me, believe it or not, I had no contact with. The refunds were a surprise! I sent my pdl letters out and 2 of the pdl's just credited the overpayment to my bank account! So I'm thinking - gee, will someone else just refund me without contacting me? (Maybe in my dreams!) And if they try to credit my account, it would be rejected. Right? Just kind of confused. And hoping refunds will "magically" happen. But was thinking about that. If they sent a credit through for a refund and the account is closed - would they just figure "oh well" and not try again?

Sound advice from Leah once again! Didn't think about that! You're soooo on top of it! Hell, it never crossed my mind. Then they would have your new bank information. Hell, no! Liquor store sounds pretty darn good! Thanks for your knowledge, Leah!
