Send a certified letter to the reporting agency telling them you are disputing these entries as incorrect. They will remove them while they are diputed but make sure they don't put it back after thirty days. Allied is known for having poorly trained employees and repoting incorrect info. They have been described as "a class action lawsuit waiting to happen!"

Cajun is right but I find it really odd that she only hit you for $100. Check all three of the major reporting agencies. If you get in touch with the woman do not immediately let on that you only know of the one debt. It is possible that she took out PDLs or other debt that may not show on your credit report. It could just be an honest mistake though.
