May I please have the number for t & c? I have advance america loan I cannot pay back in full and have been reading about t&c.

I just spoke with t&c and what they do is pay the outstanding bills upfront. My first payment is around $200 (this includes fee that will be refunded in the end) then a small amount biweekly. Does this sound right?

I started with T&C back in April and they told me they will not pay any debts upfront. You send them a money order and then they pay your accounts for you. On every piece of paper I have from T&C they have a footer that says "Not a loan company * A professional debt management Service". Unless they have changed since I signed on, they will not pay anything upfront.

That is what Ive heard on this site. Maybe thats what they want new customers to think. I don't know. As long as they are "legit" and take care of advance america for me, I guess its ok.

T and C is a very legit company and many here have worked with them and had success. However, I do not know that Advance America will accept their proposal. Have you tried making arrangements with Advance America? I am not sure what state you are in but I am in Ohio and my friend tried to use T & C to pay Advance America and they would not work with them but they worked out a payment plan with her on her own.......

I am in ohio and I postponed my payment for two weeks but its due on thursday. I guess Im afraid they will say no to payment arrangements and have to find the nerve to ask them. Thanks for your reply.
