PaydayOk licensed in FL?

I sent letters to all three of the companies I have loans with. Paydayok.com responded and told me they would apply partial payments toward my balance but that interest would accrue daily. Isn't there a cap? Are they licensed in FL? Can they even do that?

I would consider going to cashloancity.com next time you need a small loan. They don't have the crazy fees like some of these other sites.
