:( i have a loan with arrowhead investments. I had to close my account because some one stoled all my password and even my bank account number . I couldn't prove it . So arrowhead investments is coming after me because i owe them 300 it turned out that they put more money on it some how and it turned out to be $730 i can't afford that. I have a job but it barley pays my bills. they threated me over the phone with a law and imprisament.what can i do i don't want to go to jail and leave my family in the street. i only can pay 100 -200 for all my loans and dept each month is there any one out there that lives in cal that can help lower this so i can have a life

You had the money from Arrowhead deposited in your bank account, right? Is there anyway you can pay back the principal? If you have already used the money for other things, they are going to charge a fee until you pay them back? Do you have a contract copy of this loan? You need to check if they are licensed in your state and allowed to charge fees.
