I just received a civil warrant delivered to me by the constable's office concerning a debt that an attorney in TN is saying I owe. The name of the company bringing the on the warrant is CACH, LLC. I have never heard of them andI am at a lost as to where this debt is coming from. The constable told me to call the number on the warrant tomorrow morning and try to resolve this before boing to court. Who is CACH,LLC anyway?

If you contact them, remember that it is quite possible they will lie to you, and they certainly will not help you fight this.

An example would be telling you that you could set up a payment arrangement, and the court case would be dropped. Some debtors have done this, and ended up with a default judgment for not answering the summons.

Good advice Morning!! Do NOT believe anything CACH tells u. If u've searched them on this site u will see they have sued many times! Their paper work is sloppy and they sit back and hope u don't answer the summons so they get a default judgment, it happened to me. It's VERY important u answer the summons and then send them a debt validation letter, return reciept requested, because they will swear they didn't get ur mail!
If u have any questions on how to answer a summons let me know and i can lead u to a post that shows how. Also, do NOT admit to owing them any money until this debt has been validated.
Good Luck and let us know how it goes,
Ang
