There are a few companies out there with a similar name. You probably picked the wrong one.

You may be right, frogpatch. I just kind of fell out of my chair when the GIANT print jumped out at me on the email! Amazingly though, the loan I have with US Fast Cash uses the same exact forms, wording, style as the loans I have with One Click Cash and Quickest-Cash-Advance. All MTE Financial.

I filed a complaint against Paychecktoday at the BBB in OK...stating that they were MTE Financial. MTE Financial sent a response back to the BBB stating that they were not this pdl. I faxed my loan agreement that just happens to have MTE Financial dba Paychecktoday listed on two of the pages. MTE Financial never responded further to the BBB or me. I guess they didn't like the fact that they lie being pointed out to them by the BBB. So, if they are US Fast Cash...they are not going to admit it.

Cannr, I have never been completly sure isf they are the asame. I know for a fact 500 Fast Cash is one of Rios. Who knows its a guessing game with those folks. KYSIDE38

I believe US Fast Cash is in the same bed as MTE. This is what I always believed to be true. I know they are related to One Click Cash who is part of MTE. They are probably just getting tired of hearing from you which is a good sign :)

Let's not forget about ameriloan being with MTE and the rest of the gang! :D

I pulled out my documents from Quickest-Cash-Advance, One Click Cash, and US Fast Cash. They are all the EXACT same format. The same "design" with the name (just different name), the same wording, the same format, the same everything. I know they are MTE FINANCIAL. However, I looked at my US Fast Cash and read every word and MTE FINANCIAL doesn't show up on my documents, as they did on the other forum member's documents. Also - this is pretty interesting. US Fast Cash is in Miami, OK. Gee, isn't that where MTE FINANCIAL is? And another also - my correspondence that I mailed to the address of US Fast Cash via US Postal Service was returned. Ummm.... where would they like "their" money sent to if you mail them something and it comes back "undeliverable". It is an actual street address for Miami, OK. Give me a break! Of course they're not going to admit they're 17 different pdl's with 8 different address. All of which mail gets returned from. I am going to email US Fast Cash and ask them what address do I mail a payment to. Not saying I'm going to actually mail a payment to them, but I'm curious as to what address they give me. I'm sure it'll be a PO Box. God Love Them! But at least it'll give me MORE documentation to put with my 10 tons of other information in writing that I've tried to contact them and asked for a physical address. I've emailed other pdl's asking for a physical address and guess what? I never got any responses.

Okay. I just emailed US Fast Cash, One Click Cash, and Quickest-Cash-Advance asking them to email me an address so that I can send in payment. I told them all correspondence sent has been returned to me as "undeliverable" and to please give me an address. Let's see if I get any responses. LOL!

wow...Cannr...what email did you use for fast cash..I have that one too...and ameriloan...and MTE..now..I have the same address for Ameriloan and MTE, and United in Mami, Ok...but the address I have for US Fast Cash is Carson City...which I got from the BBB??

Yes, my friend, morningstarr! All correspondence to each of the EIGHT address came back returned as undeliverable! No such address! No longer here! And US Fast Cash just sends me stuff telling me to stop emailing them! So, okay, I emailed them again. And my wonderful email to MTE regarding the loans with the 3 pdl's has still gone unanswered. Hmmm....wonder why? LOL! I'm probably freaking them out now! They're trying to "hide" and I keep hounding them! The address of 515 G SE, Miami, OK 74355 is the only address not returned mail. However, they did respond to my correspondence acting as though they are not all the same company. Oh, okay. And my repeated attempts at contacting them again regarding the issue has gone unanswered. If anyone would like to email MTE themselves (although they will claim they are not the 17 pdl's that they are) the email is compliancedepartment(at)mtefs.com. Go ahead. Send them an email. Why not? I've sent a million. They are receiving them, as I send "read receipts" on my emails. No response. Hello!

What address did you use? I know they are locaated out of Nevada. cannr, US Fast Cash will try to pull crap like that. They said they never heard from me when I had everything saved in my sent box to them. I was able to get mail through to the Nevada address this but this was many moons ago. What name did they debit your checking account as? I believe they are affiliated with MTE. It wouldn't be the first time they've lied. :roll:

Everything I sent to MTE was returned . They tend to hide in PMB and suites where they can easily run. This company tends to run where the laws are more laxed wont suprise me to see them move again. KYSIDE38

It was one that was also listed for One Click Cash andQuickest Cash Advance: 2533 N Carson Street, Ste 5024, Carson City, NV 89706.This mail gets returned. They have addresses in NV, NE, CO, NM, OK. One Click Cash debits as One Click Cash, US Fast Cash debits as US Fast Cash, It's My Pay Day debits as MTE FINANCIAL.

So, Kyside - what's your suggestion? I filed complaints on them (by all the names). I received that one email from MTE regarding the Quickest Cash Advance loan, which I don't agree with - I emailed them all and never got a response. Pretend they don't exist? Because obviously, they don't want people to know they exist. I can comply with this wish of thiers! LOL!

How long have you been in default with these companies? I would pretend they don't exist because they obviously aren't very worried about getting what they "think" is owed to them. You are trying to resolve the issue, leave the ball in their court, just keep documentation!!!

It's been awhile since any of these have debited my checking account so I couldn't remember the names off the top of my head. CPD is Credit Protection Depot, correct? I can dig up an address for Morning if they need it. Also, US Fast Cash and One Click Cash can come out of the woodwork at any time. They harassed me in the beginning and then were quiet for several months. One day they contacted me at work and then turned me over to collections. I wouldn't discuss the matter at work. They really sent me to some dufus collection agencies too.

I'm keeping my documentation stating they don't have a "mailing address". I'm filing complaints again. Boy, these people are going to get so sick of me. But this is crazy. No mailing address? Money Gram or Western Union only? What the hell? Does this spell ILLEGAL to you - or is it just me?

Cannr, These people were dumb enough to send that documentation to my AG. That they are a paperless company and all correspondence must be electronic. Bullcrap. I have always said if they want there money bad enough they can cough up an address. I have told you many times just quit stressing. They are not going to take you to court. I've been getting responses from the BBB regarding these. They have until July 11 to respond to me. I added on to my BBB complaint informing them that all mailed correspondence has been returned to me as MOVED LEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS. Hello.

Is the address in Oklahoma coming back returned now? I know this was the last "legitimate" address that we found for them. I used to love to fax them too. I like to get on people's nerves so it doesn't bother me. LOL! I guess I'm a little twisted. KYSIDE is right, don't stress over it too much. You have the law on your side. I would love to see these suckers go down in flames though :x
