ok ive been in debt for about 3 years i believe. i recently saw my credit score and its very weak. i need to know how to pay-off monthly. and get my score back up. i cant pay the amounts on my cards in full andi dont know what to do.

In my opinion you should contact a debt counselor who will negotiate with your lenders to get your interest rate and monthly installments reduced to an amount which will be in your budget. I hope this works out. :D
