I made a 6 month commitment to a case worker with zwiker and associates with 1000 down and 500 for 6 months. 2 days later I get a court order from there attorney I never spoke with with completly different terms. I never even spoke to this guy so I called my case worker up and she said to call him and let him know we have made payment arrangements. He tells me if I listen to her I am going to worsen litagation.l
I have made 4000.00 payments in 6 months and now he has sent me a paper to sign saying I will continue payment of 500 per month till 2010l. That is total repayment of 24000.00 and I only owed them, 10,000.00. We are going to mediation in 2 weeks, should I go for a jury trial? I think there trying to screw me

Is there a summons involved?? I'm not very familiar with mediation but make sure u have ALL ur paper work in hand and ready! Show them that u've BEEN paying on this debt!! And DO NOT agree to those terms!!

Zwicker has a god awful reputation for harassment. ficticious documents, illegal action and charges. You name it. If you can afford it, instead of paying them another dime go to the website www.naca.com and find a good consumer advocate in your area and sue those thugs.
