i received a motion for summary judgment on a lot in florida.my last payment was in 1997.what are my options .can i file a motion concerning the 5 year statute of limition or is it too late

The Statute of limitation on your debt has expired and you can use it to dismiss your case. It happens because the debtors are served everyday for their own debts and they do not appear in the courts. As a result, judgment is entered against them. You can use your expired SOL as a solid defense in court against your creditor.
