Well I guess they decided to call me in a different route this time, this lady introduced herself and stated that she was from United Federal Bank and said that if we would be disconnected here was her phone number, which you see above...she told me that her company was filing a motion in court for my fraudulent actions only if I wasnt willing to work with her...I asked her for the amount which she couldnt tell me but told me it was from B&L and that I had a few other pdl out there! Well i wasnt going to play her games and she told me to retain a lawyer and good luck....hmm same story different ending!

I don't know what state you live in but for future reference look up the phone number for your local FBI and write it down, the the next time that she or anyone else from that place calls, tell them that if you get disconnected call this number. Give them the number for the FBI. See what happens then. They are investigating internet crimes and even have a complaint form on their web site.

You need to contact Florida's Attorney General's Office ASAP and complain. The Florida AG's office is currently going after this company for illegal collection actvities and yet they continue to do this while under investigation. I will post Cajun's link to the article regarding this company and Florida's Attorney General (Florida is where this company is located, they are also known as Bass and Associates).

That is complete bull shit, sorry, but it is! That is one hell of a threat, saying they are going to abuse your social security number, that is SACRED! Those B@stards, I swear I hope they go back to the pen!
