Just a little help please. I 've been reading thru posts here and have found 2 addresses for zipcash. One in Espanola NM and the other in Oceanview DE. I tried the BBB and it comes up DE address but zipcash sent me a settlement letter that states they follow NM laws and are in NM. I'm in PA. Does anyone know which is right? The difference for me is DE only allows 4 rollovers and NM isn't specified. It would affect which BBB i file on them with right?Anyone?

The pdl have to operate according to the state YOU live in, not the one they are in. So many pdls try this and say that you have to abide by their state laws...not true. I think when you file with the BBB, it will automatically send your complaint to the correct department. I had to enter my zipcode when I was filing online with the BBB. I live in WI, but I know that when I was done with the process, it sent my complaint to the BBB in Delaware. I wasn't dealing with Zipcash though. I am not sure about this one, if it has two office locations.

Did you get the loan in PA? If so, the lender has to follow the laws of your state. Besides, in PA, pdl lending is illegal unless the company is licensed in their state. First, check about this business if they are legit.
