I have over paid payday ok, select,one all the same people how can i get them to listen they don't hear nothing you are saying but how are you going to pay i got this letter from bribrad7 that he wrote very good to the point but i don't know exactly what i paid them i know its over what is Louisiana Small Loan Rate Cap.

Do you have any bank statements? You can go back over those to determine how much you have paid by the many times they have debited your account for roll over fees each payperiod. Or if you know the date you took out the loans, you can figure it out by determining how many paydays have passed and multiply that by the roll over fees they have charged you.
