You're right, Steelers, it certainly is--and it might boil down to one company at a time. Do we target one company, several, do we go to the media about it like we did with Bass??

I for one would LOVE to see this happen! It's a pretty daunting task, but I truly think if we just continue hammering away at these companies by reporting the illegal ones and complaining about the high rates of the legal ones, we will eventually emerge victorious!

So what if we target one offshore at a time??? And could I nominate Cashtoday as the first one???? I hate those goons!!!!!!!! I would love to see them kicked out of Reno and have their butts kicked back to London!!!!!!

I would love to see Sonic, Paydayavenue, CTC, and whoever else they go by, disappear forever. They had the nerve to get rude with my payroll office when they were told I revoked the wage assignment.

I am with Brownsugar. Payday Avenue was very rude with my employer as well and would do things like call and tell me they got my email but they don't have access to respond to emails so they had to call me instead.......I hate them more than any other pdl company.

I hate them all!! I want them all gone! Anything I could do to help I would gladly do. Every little bit helps.

All of these are hateful and deserve to be kicked to the curb. Just because we pick one over another one to go after doesn't mean that they're not next, if you get my drift. They will ALL have their day, trust me.

When you do this, I think you should highlite that everyone is a victim here. I work and still struggled to pay, but what about the people on social security (SSI) some of them are not able to function mentally. They have no clue what they are getting into. should be against the law.

It is against the law, if somebody lacks the mental capability to enter into the contract it can be null and void.

And this is why I think we should target the offshores first--those companies who say that US law doesn't apply to them!

This would require the US government intervention.If we could get a list of individual stories to forward to Fbi financial crime division & Interpol,we could kick this project off. I am willing to handle government side if the individuals want to group together. Just like it was done with Bass,the greater the number the quicker for government to respond.

And when the choice is made...which one to go after..please lets try to list all the DBA's so we all know if we were involved or not and can participate.

Well, do we want to start small and go from there? I think CTC is smaller than GFS/Interim, etc........or we can start with the bigger one first......I'm only guessing that GFS is a larger company, I'm not certain.......

If we hit the big first, say like GFSIL...won't that make it easier to knock out the little ones??

Is GFSIL the same as Interim/ICS? and Route 66 is in that same little family, right?

I would love to see SJM Marketing be in this group, they told me that they were located in Charleston, Nevis West Indies and that they do not follow the laws here. Maybe they are also part of one of the groups others have mentioned.

The best route to take is to start with your attorney general's office of the consumer protection office. There are laws in many states that are going into effect against these companies now. You can also file complaints with other goverment agencies in your state.
