Happy Birthday, America. And to celebrate our 231st birthday, wouldn't it be great if we could do something to eliminate offshore PDL companies from doing business in this country? I realize that this is just the tip of the iceberg of the PDL problem in the USA but we need to start small. And getting the offshores would be a great step.
Look at what we can do as a community when we work together. Let's talk about Bass and Associates for example. We got the media involved--we emailed the reporter with our victim stories, a story was written and now a million-dollar suit has been filed against them! And I am convinced that if that story was never written, that lawsuit probably wouldn't have been filed.
So friends, fellow PDL refugees, what can we do here? We aren't going to reinvent the wheel, but maybe we can strike a small blow for decency.

This would require the US government intervention. If we could get a list of individual stories to forward to Fbi financial crime division & Interpol,we could kick this project off. I am willing to handle government side if the individuals want to group together. Just like it was done with Bass, the greater the number the quicker for government to respond.

The best route to take is to start with your attorney general's office of the consumer protection office. There are laws in many states that are going into effect against these companies now. You can also file complaints with other goverment agencies in your state.
