If you did not authorize this debit, file a dispute with your ban
If you did not authorize this debit, file a dispute with your bank claiming it was a fraudulent debit. Once the dispute is over, close that account completely. Now I will bump your topic for the pdl gurus to tell you the next steps.
Figure up how much total they have taken out of your bank accoun
Figure up how much total they have taken out of your bank account and send them a letter letting them know that they are paid in full, request a refund for whatever they owe you,(not sure if you will get it or not) and let them know that you have revoked your authorization for them to debit your account. Take a copy of this letter to the bank and see if they can reverse the current transactions. It may be something that you may have to close your bank account and open another one, but see what the bank can do for you. They may be able to block all transactions from this company. I suggest not waiting too long before you do this. If you can find their email address where they confirmed your loan, I would send the letter via email. Either way, I would contact the bank and explain to them what happened and see what they can do for you.
