First off, many people in my family are or were employed in banking, so I understand your concerns. Is your account negative? I know that if it is, depending on the bank, this information can go to your manager. I would take your manager aside and have a talk with him/her if you feel comfortable, telling them what's going on. And I can tell you for a fact, you aren't the only bank employee who has gotten into PDL hell.
Your manager could possibly help you close your account and get a new one, which is what you need to do.
