Hi all, I posted a question on this board not too long ago about a negotiator who runs a forum called ***********. after receiving some positive feedback from members here I enrolled in his program. He seems to be a one man show which is great dealing with only one person. Anyway, I am very pleased with his service thus far. I have settled 3 out of 4 accounts all for less than 30%. I don't know how he does what he does but he saved my marriage and a ton of money. I highly recommend his services.

Good luck all!

I had an account with Bank of America and I let it go through collections and let it go as far as I could and the lady was from a company called Creditors Interchange in NY. She was really nice to me and help me get my amount cut in half. It really depends on who is on the phone with you. I've talked to some who where real dick heads if you know what I mean. Just tell them your story and that you don't have the money. They may put you on a hardship program like they did me. I had over $8,000 and I only paid half back and it was PIF (Paid in Full). Good luck.

Joshuatree he actually settled my MBNA for 15%. I owed 23,000 and settled for 3500.00. If anyone is looking to work with a good debt settlement program simply google sifxpert. He is absolutely incredible. I've read posts all over the internet on this guy. His fees are a fraction of what these other companies charge and all of his clients are members of his forum so his results are posted in plain view. If he was screwing people over it would be very easy to find out. My only complaint is that he is difficult to get on the phone. If you post on the forum or email him he always responds right away though.

Karens, I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Like the guest above posted, you can google sifxpert and find some of his credit counseling/debt management sites. He also has a forum, but I can't post the address here I think...against forum rules. If you register (which is free), I'd be more than happy to provide you the web address for his forum.

Sounds like some of you have found a good deal, in helping pay off debt. Can someone tell me the name of this person/company? Because of Forum rules, the name was taken off the Forum. Thanks.

I spoke with sifxpert today. He is very nice and does not pressure you at all like these other companies I have spoken to. His explanation included an estimate as to what each account will settle for and he explained the entire process unlike other places. His fees are very reasonable and does not charge a fee up front. After speaking to him I had a much better understanding of the whole thing and luckily, I did not go with a company who charged an up front fee. Just about every company I spoke to wanted the 1st 3 or 4 payments to go to them and then I would start saving. Sifxpert guaranteed me I would have 4 accounts settled within the first 6 months. We'll see what happens but his forum has a ton of praises for his results so I am much more hopeful now. I faxed my agreement today.

I signed up with sifxpert today. I like how he explained things to me. He made much more sense than the other companies I spoke to. All the others seemed like they were reading from a script where sifxpert gave me a specific explanation to my situation and also explained how each debt would be handled individually. I have high hopes with all the positive feedback I have read about his company.

I have spoken to this company and they seem to be very detailed and up front. I am signing up with them this week. If anyone else is shopping companies, I highly suggest sifxpert. His explanation and responses to questions I had were very honest and made complete sense. Others seemed to be making it up as they went and very inexperienced. Aggressive salesman I guess you could say. I feel comfortable with my choice. Thanks for everyones input.

I definitely agree with the level of knowledge sifxpert has. Other companies I have spoken to were very aggressive and would not give me any information on how much my accounts would settle for. Not only does sifxperts site post settlement results but he will tell you how much he could settle each account for and he goes over how each account needs to be handled. Other companies were just pushing to get my contract signed and payment information. Sifxpert also does not charge insane fees to start. Other companies were all taking the first 3-4 payments and monthly fees plus other fees. Sifxpert has his program well organized and very simple. I felt I made the right decision. I have 75k in debt with credit cards so I spent a good amount of time shopping around and found him to be the best out there. Just my .2 cents.
