Anybody know how to negotiate with these people, and also can you put the payday loans on a debt consolidation program, I am willing to pay them, but the interest is eating me alive!

What do the payday loan companies do if you stop payment on their loan for up to 6 mos?

All the financial charges and the late fees will be tucked on the total amount of your loan and it will make the repayment very unbearable.

During such times, closing the account will be helpful.

A lot of information will be gathered if you click on the following link:

I have registered my name, address, and phone, do I just wait on a counseler to notify me? I have tried to enter my debt information and this site keeps telling me my debt is 0. Also can I just put the payday loans on this program without any other creditors? Thanks so much I have learned so much just reading other peoples stories, and I think a law need to be made to put these payday companies out of business.

You can call BHR & Associates. They can only help you if your loans have been turned over to a collection agency. Give them a call.

Verify all your payday loan amounts to confirm how much you have so far. It might be possible that you have paid above what your state allows. In that case, you need to write a letter to the company and claim for a refund. Send the letter through certified mail. They need to check your file and after finding out the excessive amount paid towards the account, they should return the excess money paid on it. Contact your Attorney General they will help. Good luck
