I have yet to pay back my debts

i have recently been divorced i have 4 kids, my ex sold our home and we had to move quickly. i had to use a credit card that i have through capital one. but have yet to be able to pay them back. as soon as i found a place to live i lost my job. i have a job now but it is making much less then i was making. i have a son who has special needs, he is autistic and i take him to the childrens hospital and another daughter who was in a car accident who has been at the same hospital for treatment. any money extra i have goes to them. i am at a loss and do not know what to do. i have school loans i have not even touched yet.

I am so sorry to hear about what you are going through. I just wish that the consultant referred to you for the counseling is able to help and set up a plan with your creditors..
You may also call the creditors and explain your hard situation. They might help by setting up a lower plan because they want their money back. Your willingness to pay is important. You need to set up a plan with them.
