MTE, Fastcash, United, One click and Ameriloan

OMG...I remember cannr trying to deal with these clowns...she kept on emailing them until they got sick and tired of her and kept on forwarding her emails back to her!! LOL Well, I am sure she will post her 2 cents soon.

She will...she is helping me right now too...I also have 2 through MTE...they treat them as separate identities and refused to consolidate with me too...now they have confused their two loans...I filed both with the BBB...they answered for just one under both names...talk about confusing!!!!

mperez, oh honey! MTE will eat your brain out of your head and then work their way to your gut! Sorry. Just stating a fact! MTE will notadmit that they are indeed these pdl's. MTE claims notto be anyone except MTE. Amazing. And they will LIEwhen contacted by the govenment agencies (BBB, etc.) and state that you are "confused". You need to address each pdl separately. You need to file complaints against each pdl separately. Then you need to address MTE themselves and file complaints against MTE themselves. These BOZO's are soooo friggin stupid, they're going to get caught in their own trap. They will offer you a "settlement" (each pdl will separately) when contacted by the BBB. They will send their same "form letter" for each one, with just the dollar amounts changed. They will claim you still owe a million dollars and are being turned over to collections, but offer a "settlement" and give an outrageous amount of money and a date to "settle" by and it must be by Money Gram. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WILL DO THIS! You will begin to think you're the one who is insane! My own theory is get as much documentation as possible so that you have hard concrete evidence you can hold in your hand. Fax, email, and mail them a letter stating everything (each pdl separately). Tell them you will ONLY deal with them via email or USPS. They like email. LOL! They will argue with you, lie to you, threaten you, etc. Get it ALL on email. Once you have all this stuff, you can compare and see it is all the same exact responses word for word for word. Print out EVERYTHING. And, in my case, I emailed the hell out of them until they told me to stop. I emailed more. They told me they will not respond to my emails any longer. I emailed some more. They now just forward my emails back to me. I still email. And the reason? Besides to harrass them the way they harrass me? Because I know have a STACK of printed out emails from them with their lies in writing. I have a STACK of printed out emails with them telling me to leave them alone. I have printed out emails where it shows they've just forwarded my emails back to me. I have hard evidence to hold in my hand. So when the BBB keeps contacting me regarding each pdl, I respond back to them telling them I am NOT going to "settle" and explain the whole situation regarding the lies, the emails, the no corresponding with me deal, everything. Let those you-know-what's try to screw with me. I've got everything documented. They can claim you are "confused", but when you have a stack of papers from them about 5 inches high, you can then ask WHO IS CONFUSED? mperez, these guys are ruthless, but stupid. It's going to cost me an arm and a leg, but you can bet your butt I'm going to send copies of ALL THIS CRAP to the AG and the DFI. Once they see this bull crap, they'll put two and two together. Oh. And they'll accuse YOU of using a "form letter". Let me show you a "form letter". Every response I've gotten from them. Okay. Enough ranting. Just treat each pdl separately. Then go for MTE itself. Trust me on this one.
