Have them send you something in writing stating the accounts are paid in full and they will no longer debit your account. That way if they do try to do something, you have got it in writing that the account is paid in full.

Did you send your pdl's a letter revoking their priviledge to debit your account? Revoke the authorization to debit your account NOW if you haven't done so already. Also, state to them that the loan is PIF and to send you written confirmation via email or USPS that it is indeed PIF. I don't trust a pdl as far as I can throw them. I do believe they will continue to debit your account until you die. If at all possible, you need to block these pdl debits from your account. Have you revoked their debit privildge yet? And have you been to your bank yet to see about getting a debit block on it? Or closing it?

i just called my bank and was told to wait and see if they try and take out again and if they do call the bank immediately and they will file a claim to get my money back. and i was told i would defenity get my money back . i bank with b of a and have never had a prob with them.
