was contacted by CRSI regarding a loan I had applied for online by a woman calling herself Kennedy Thomas. The woman called my place of employment and left a voice mail stating that because i cannot "return calls and make decisions for myself" that if I did not return her call by 5:00 pm on 07/10/2007 to resolve this matter that they would take further steps. Upon receiving the voice mail I immediatly called her back to find out what it was regarding and asked her what my options were. I told her that I was unable to pay the full amount. She then proceeded to get extremely rude to me on the phone stating if this matter was not taken care of within 26 minutes that she would be calling my place of employment. On the voice mail she told me I had until 5:00. She said she did not appreciate my sarcasm and that the original time of 5 was a lie. She then asked me if i was still empolyed by the same company from where I had applied for the loan and that she would call the CEO of my company to tell him that I was using a company computer and time to apply for a personal loan and I would lose my job. I asked her if I could call her right back as I was at work and was getting a little aggitated. She told me "no, you have 28 minutes to take care of this matter before i make the call or your lawyer can contact me". I then told her again that I needed to call her right back. She said she wanted me to grab my cell phone and call her from that line before I hung up from the call on my work line. I told her I didn't have a cell phone. She stated that I had two minutes to call her back. I then borrowed a co-workers cell phone and went outside to return her call. She stated that they could take a certain amount a month from my checking. I told her that I did not have a checking so she suggested that I ask someone for permission to use their accounts and that I only had a half an hour to get it arranged. She also told me that she would once again call my boss if it was not resolved in that time. I stated that it would not do a whole lot of good considering I used my company's computer on MY OWN time and that if she tried to interfere with my job it would really affect them getting there money as I would have no income.
