I have payday loans and few more bills

I have 5 payday loans (pdls) out and can't repay them because I still have bills. Is there any consolidation loan i could do or is there any help short of taking out a loan---which I can't do either. Please advise me

I'm not an advocate of loans to get out of debt..I think when you're already in debt, the last thing you need is more.
As for your payday loans...Are they internet or storefront? Also, to begin, try and make a list of all of them..Company name, amount of original loan, how much you've paid. Also, what state are you in?
