need help finding payday loan laws

I live in fl and i am trying to get out of my payday mess. I have been able to contact all but two of my pdl's to pay them off this week. The other two I have no information on. I have paid well over the amount of the loan so I want to issue a stop payment/fraudulent charge on them. I looked through the website of the dept of corp but couldnt find anything, could someone provide me with a link or website? Or if anyone knows how to get in touch with ASAP or ashland funding.

If you can't get intouch with those two companys, I would sugges
If you can't get intouch with those two companys, I would suggest stopping payment and they will more than likely contact you once they realize your account is closed.
