I know that with him signing as a co-signer he is responsible for payment on the loan if you cannot make the payments. That is why they are calling him. Have you filed yet? What does your lawyer say about him being the co-signer on that loan?

I would check with your lawyer if you used one for your bankruptcy. If they are being paid through the plan, I don't think they can harass you or your dad for payment. Please make a call to your attorney and find out you and your dad's rights on this issue.

How long has it been since you filed your bankruptcy? When did your payments begin, perhaps that is what the problem is maybe it just started..check with your attorney's office or the federal bankruptcy court.
