I would like that but can't really afford it now. I only have LexusNexus because they offer it to law students at very reduced rates. At some schools it's free.

Yes it does get to be costly. At least when I pay our PACER bills, I get to pay it with a company check and not my own $$ :)

Lawstudent have you looked into lexisone.com & findlaw.com.They both have free accounts that let you do limited case search.

I have a pacer account too, very interesting things you can discover isn't it.

Thanks cajun. I didn't know about lexisone. I subscribe to findlaw though. It's a good site. I get California case law summeries delivered to my email everyday (as well as Torts, Bankruptcy, and The California Supreme Court summeries, all these are less often though).
