I was married for two years and had all of the bills and utilities in my name. My husband could not keep a job and was very abusive towards me, that is why I filed for the Divorce. The court ordered him to pay towards the bills and the mortgage but none of that was ever done and the house foreclosed. THe credit cards were cancelled due to non payment and the utilities were shut off. Whe have a 2 year old daughter together, he doesnt pay the child support on her either so things have been rough. I have tried to get debt consolidation loans to try to get everytinh into one monthly payment so I can pay everything off but my credit is now so low that I cant even get a loan for $100. Before this divorce my bills were always paid and I always paid more thank the minimum balance. My credit score was around 700 not perfect but still enough to get me a decent interest rate if I needed to get it. I am at the end of my rope I dont know what else to do.

Are you still in contact with your ex? I don't know if your heart will allow this, but maybe you can take him to the court on charges of not following the legal orders. You are not liable to pay his share as fixed by the court. Since he is avoiding the payments, talk to an attorney and resolve this matter. He might face some penalties or other legal actions until this case is resolved.
