I have several pdls and have been getting some great advice here !! So now I have another question just to see if anyone knows what I should do. Yesterday I went online to check out all of my pdl accounts and see if anything had changed, I was able to log into all of them. UCL says that I have a pending loan, which I obviously did not apply for, so I wrote them and told them that I had sent them several faxes indicating that my banking information was no longer active and that I wanted my account to be closed and marked PIF, and that I no longer wanted to do business with them and for them to cancel the pending loan that I had not applied for, haven't heard anything yet and the account still says pending. Cashnetusa contacted my work yesterday and when I told them that I was not to recieve personal calls at work and to only contact me via email, the guy said he would take my work number out of the system, I also then went onto my account with them and sent them a letter basically stating the same thing just so that I would have a copy for my files, when I went to log in today apparently I no longer exist in their computer system anymore because it kept telling me login error, wrong password, etc. So what does everyone think this means? Just wanted a little insight from others who have possibly dealt with this same problem.

Keep pushing UCL for the PIF letter. Since you have a zero balance, they must send you the documentation.

Did you call CashnetUSA and inquire about your log in info? I don't know if it's a technical problem in their website. Try to log in after some time. If the problem still continues, speak to the rep about your account

I had the same thing happen with cashnetusa and also with payday one. They locked both my accounts and I am unable to log in until I call them. I happened the next day after I sent them both revoke ach letters.

If 500 fast cash sent you an email saying paid in full, print it out and save it. Try and log into your account and see if it will give you an account status. Dont know your situation but it sounds like they decided to accept whatever you threw at them. Count yourself lucky because they are an illegal lender, and have been known to have very nasty collecting practices.
