You will never be charged for this site. In fact, there is a point system. You get points for every post, except in the pub. Once you get to 1000 points, you can cash out at any time and receive a check or paypal to your account!

If you are referring to the cost of the program offered by the dmp company that is referred in your area, their might be a fees for enrollment.

There is no charge for joining in this website and for the counseling

But you are more than welcome to "donate" money to my front, right pants pocket, out of the goodness of your heart.
