Date: Fri, 07/20/2007 - 10:28
Checkmart (store): $575- due July 31
oneclickcash (internet): $390 if i dont renew
installment loan through checkngo (internet): $330 each pay due Aug 1, august 15th, September 1, Sept 15th
Should I just try to get to the bank before these post and get my money that I need for bills out and let these bounce and then work out payment arrangements? I don't want to do anything illegal but i also don;t want to take any more payday loans out.

Store front pdl's are licensed and legal. You need to tread carefully there. The internet ones - I know that One Click Cash is not licensed. It is MTE Financial. Illegal. The other one you stated as internet - I don't know if they're licensed or not. You need to check and see if they are licensed in your state. However, handling store fronts and internets are different. Please post if you have any questions regarding this.
Do not take out any more payday loans!!! I am in Ohio also. Onec
Do not take out any more payday loans!!! I am in Ohio also. Oneclickcash is not licensed here . How much have you repaid them so far? Personally, I would do what you said and take the money before the loans can. They most likely will not let you make arrangements until those checks bounce; then they will have no choice. I have never dealt with Check n Go online but I am sure they are operating legally. Let us know how much you have paid MTE and we can help you with them. Just a heads up, I have heard Check Smart can be nasty to deal with but I have not done business with them-only because there is not one in my town!
