sweet - let me make sure I understand your request. You want to borrow money..but you don't want to be hassled if you get behind on payments on the money you borrowed - is that correct?
My advice would be....DON'T. You are setting yourself up for failure and problems, possibly including legal action from a lender who may pursue you legally if you default. The best thing you can do right now is attempt to borrow from a family member or friend.
Please don't take my blunt statement the wrong way, but I really think you're just setting yourself up to fail on this one.

It would never be a good idea to borrow money to pay off debt if your not sure you can pay it back on time. That will only succeed in making things worse for you. Talk to one of the counselors and maybe do a debt management program...you would make one payment a month and they will pay the bills for you...takes a little longer to pay them all off but it takes the presure off.
