Big time RIP OFFS

They are the Anti Christ of the debt settlement industry . They have almost 1600 complaints with the BBB.. They currently have a class action law suite against them by Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP. Plus they had the state of Idaho come after them.

Anyone should RUN AWAY>>>> FAST>>. I believe the owner has publicly came out and said before that he doesn't care if anyone drops out after 3 months because they collected what they expected to make with the upfront fees..... RUN RUN RUN>.

This should stay atop the forums so people see it sooner rather than later.

I also have been taken by Credit Solutions. When I first called for information, they told me that they would reduce my debt by 40%. Well, let me tell you, that did not materialize. I end up paying more. I had to pay my fee to them plus my debtors would not reduce the amount I owed. So, I ended up paying the debtors the full amount and a couple thousand dollars to Credit Solutions.

Please help!! How can they get alway with this??? What can I do??

Well, let me tell you first that this happens more often then we can imagine. First off, no settlement company would do the negotiation without their share of profit.

Anyway, do you have any paper work where they have promised that they would reduce your debt to 40%?

My husband and I just cancelled with Credit solutions after 12 months of hell. They hadn't done anything for us and in fact we are being sued by capital one. I had to hire a lawyer to represent me and he told me to cancel with them and demand a refund. I got a refund from them last week. Of course it is only 835.00 compared to the 2000.00 that I paid them. I'm going to be fighting for the rest of it back now.
