Hello to all, As you may know many people join the military for patriotic reason, I myself joined to help my family out. I am a father of Eight (8) and I have struggled long and hard trying my best to support my family. I served in the military in the late 70's and early 80's and rejoined again in 2003. Unfortunately I was hurt and was forced to be medically chaptered. Now here is the problem. I had begun taking a culunary course to better our lives and was forced by the military to abandon my school, which left my family and I with a 15,000.00 debt. I have tried with no avail to appeal this and asked the military to help me as well as congress and letters to the secretary of Defense. And all said that it was not their responsibility. I was doing good in class, I had made the deans list and everything. Now because the military reactivated me, I lost out and now since I was activated for medical treatment they have turned their back on me and my family. And my family and I are facing financial hardships. My wife is still in the military and we are forced to live on her income along. which is not much and we are barely making ends me. Now I am not begging for someone to send me any money but for help and advice that someone may be able to assist us with. Our debts are getting way high, and we were able to pay them while I was working, now I am disabled and awaiting for the Veterens Administration to finally get my evaluation for disability. Again, I am not begging, but asking. If there is someone out their that can help. Please do. my email address is email address removed as per forum rules - Mike if you are sincere I will send you any information that you may need to assist us in this time of need and despiration. I do not like being like this, and it is a total down point in my life that I as a man, can not take care of my family the way the head of the household is suppose to. I do have medical conditions, which prohibit me from doing alot of things. But I would really appreciate it, if you wouldn't judge me but help me any and ever thing would be deeply appreciated. So my question is this, Is there anyone out their that has really went through a hard time, and really needed help, and no one was their for them, if you have experience this, please don't do it to me (us) cause in all actuallity. I guess I am begging for some kind of devine intervention to keep my family from being on the streets. I thank you in advance. Please do what you can. No matter what it is, I will appreciate it. I promise.

Your story turns me feeling sad. I wish the administrative system considers your plea and gets some arrangements done!

What kind of debts do you have? Have you called the creditors and inquire about the latest status of your account? You may be able to explain your situation and work out something with them. I hope this works out for you.

You would greatly benefit from a third party who could review in detail your income and outgo, particulalry your large debt(s). I would strongly suggest that you contact a not-for-profit credit counselor or counseling agency. A counselor is experienced with all sorts of credit problems and situtions and can made recommendations that would best resolve your specific situation.
